Field Service
For the Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Ibaraki (up to Kashima) areas, we provide direct loading services handled by our team for your peace of mind. For other regions, we ensure reliable loading through local loading contractors or service providers.
Primary Responsibilities
- We compare the costs and lead times of various international delivery services to provide the most suitable arrangement based on your needs. If your local agent is unable to assist with loading, or if there are any concerns regarding loading, we can arrange delivery directly to the vessel for your peace of mind. We can also handle deliveries to Brazil and Africa.
- Have you ever incurred storage fees because your vessel's schedule was uncertain and the destination couldn't be confirmed?To address this, we offer free storage at our logistics warehouse in Osaka until the final destination is confirmed. We encourage you to take advantage of this service.
- Note: If you have items ordered from other suppliers, we are happy to consolidate and handle the shipment and loading together to help reduce transportation costs.
Shipboard Waste Disposal
We collect and properly dispose of waste accumulated on board, including incinerator ash.
Fuel Sludge Collection
We collect fuel sludge that is difficult to process on board.
Underwater Hull Cleaning
We arrange and dispatch professional divers for underwater hull cleaning.
Removal & Disposal of Unwanted Ship Supplies
We remove unwanted ship supplies from the vessel and dispose of them properly.
Service Vehicle Repair & Inspection
We arrange skilled technicians to repair and inspect onboard service vehicles, including mini trucks.
Service Vehicle Sales
We supply and deliver onboard service vehicles, including utility carts and forklifts.
SHiP+AiD
"SHiP+AiD" – the vessel's first-aid kit for instantly repairing water and oil leaks from piping.
ISD -Impact Shock Diffuser-
"ISD" – a dedicated shield that protects pilot assist ladders from severe wave impact.
