The company develops and sells not only putty but also various products tailored to the times and needs.

Product Introduction

Defense coat

Features
  • This high-performance product offers excellent chemical and corrosion resistance, along with enhanced wear resistance. It contains a high concentration of alumina ceramic powder, providing resistance to slurry and sliding abrasion. It is brushable and leaves a smooth surface after application.
  • It exhibits strong adhesion to various metals, protecting equipment from erosion and corrosion caused by fluids. Additionally, as a poor conductor of electricity, it prevents galvanic corrosion when repairing or bonding dissimilar metals. By applying two layers with two different shades, white and dark gray, the wear status can be visually monitored.
  • Complies with the Food Sanitation Act, Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370 standards. (JAPAN)
  • A stiff horsehair brush is recommended for brush application.
Usage
  • Protection of pump casings from rust, corrosion, and wear environments.
  • Lining applications for screw conveyors, impeller and fan blades, tanks, and vessels.
  • Repair of tube sheet surfaces in tubular heat exchangers.
  • Other lining applications for erosion and corrosion protection.

Wear-resistant metal

Features
  • This epoxy putty, formulated with alumina ceramic powder, offers self-lubricating and wear-resistant properties. This unique composition ensures exceptional resistance to friction and abrasion.
  • It possesses strong adhesion to various metals, including iron and stainless steel. When properly bonded to substrates like concrete, stone, and wood, its adhesive strength can be so powerful that it breaks the substrate. As it is a poor conductor of electricity and heat, it offers higher insulation than metal-filled types, making it crucial in applications requiring electrical circuit and thermal conductivity control.
  • It exhibits excellent resistance to mineral oils, gasoline, seawater, alkaline chemicals, and more. This enables superior performance in harsh environments and resistance to many other chemicals.
Usage
  • Wear-resistant repair of tanks, hoppers, and pump casings.
  • Build-up and restoration of worn areas in sliding and abrasive mechanical parts and running rails.
  • Waterproof, anti-corrosion, and repair linings requiring wear resistance.
  • Repair of piping, valves, tanks, and restoration repair of corroded equipment.
  • Corrosion protection and repair of metal parts in bridges and footbridges.
  • Repair of molds for manufacturing concrete products.
